G E Roofing have full Public and Employers Liability Insurance with one of the UK's leading insurance companies.

The management of G E Roofing take the promotion of Health and Safety measures as a primary objective for both the client and the employees.

Therefore, it is the policy of the management of G E Roofing to do all that is reasonably possible to prevent both personal injury and damage to property. It is the managements priority to protect everyone from the foreseeable hazard and danger, including the public, in so far as they come into contact with the company or its activities.

In particular the management of G E Roofing recognises its responsibility in the following criteria:

1) To provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions for both the client and the employees.

2) To provide training and instruction to enable employees to perform their work safely.

3) To maintain a continuing and progressive interest in Health and Safety throughout the work schedule.

4) To take into account all statutory requirements for Health and Safety.

5) To consult clients and involve employees in Health and Safety matters when possible.

6) To maintain employee co-operation in the implementation of the health and safety policy by:

Risk Assesments & Method Statements


Before work commences, the management of G E Roofing are able to supply the client with the following documentation:

Hazard Identification
A hazard inspection is carried out and all findings are documented for future reference.

Risk Assesments
A Risk assesment is carried out prior to all works and a copy of the findings shall be kept on site at all times.

Method Statements
A method statement is supplied and work shall only commence when both the managment  and the client are happy with the schedule.
